The Swimful Program

Our curriculum is designed to empower parents to guide their children through the journey of learning to swim. Each lesson is a 20-minute, online, one-on-one session with our expert watermellow instructors.

  • Bath

    Age Group: 3 weeks - 9 months old

    Focus: Building confidence and familiarity with water

    Objective: Parents teach their infants to confidently execute the submersion routine before, during, and after every 3-second float.

    This program introduces the basics of water safety and comfort.

    *These lessons are done in the bathtub.

  • Parent & Tot 1

    Age Group: 3 weeks - 36 months old

    Focus: Enhancing water comfort and basic skills

    Objective: Parents guide their children to confidently execute the submersion routine before, during, and after every 3-second float.

    This program reinforces early water confidence and introduces basic swimming techniques.

    *These lessons are done in the pool.

  • Parent & Tot 2

    Age Group: 12 months - 36 months old

    Focus: Developing diving and safety skills

    Objective: Parents assist their child to comfortably dive 3 feet and recover at all the Points of Safety.

    This program focuses on building the child’s ability to navigate underwater and understand water safety.

  • Parent & Tot 3

    Age Group: 24 months - 36 months old

    Focus: Independent swimming and self-recovery

    Objective: Parents teach their child to independently swim, breathe to the front or on their back, and self-recover for a distance of 5 meters.

    This programs aims at developing independent swimming skills.
