About Us:
watermellow delivers online lessons worldwide for infants and their parents. Since its inception in March 2020, watermellow has inspired a love and respect for water. We are an extension of Western Canada’s largest private swim school, K&K Swim School. We pride ourselves on offering fun and rewarding opportunities for professional growth. Having instructed thousands of swimmers, our curriculum is built upon the best industry standards, and we are eager to educate you as well!

The Position:
We are looking for part-time and full-time online infant swim lesson instructors with weekend availability. The starting wage will be based on your prior experience.

Main Responsibilities:
Participate in and professionally develop in team meetings
Educate families of swimmers, starting as young as 3 weeks old, using watermellow’s water-loving curriculum in a private online setting
Arrive early to each shift, ready to teach with pride
Streamline growth by evaluating students and providing families with accurate and motivating feedback
Use your experience to teach and inspire new team members within the company
The Location:
watermellow lessons are taught to parents all over the world via Zoom, in the comfort of your home!
What We Look For:
Must reside in Canada
Dynamic, hard-working, and passionate individuals
Certified in First Aid & CPR (required)
A mindset geared towards educating parents
Ability to work independently
A strong and reliable team player
A confident leader
An adaptable mindset that is open to different aquatic experiences
An appreciation for babies and children of all ages
CPR B Certification is an asset
At least 3 years of swim instruction experience
Multilingual skills is a plus, but not required
